Your privacy is important to us here at Marvelous. Please read this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) carefully as it contains important information on who we are, how and why we collect, store, use, and share personal information, your rights in relation to your personal information, and on how to contact us and supervisory authorities in the event you have a complaint.

1. Introduction

Protecting your private information is our priority. This Privacy Policy applies to Namastream Corporation and its subsidiaries, including, but not limited to, Marvelous, Hey Marvelous, (collectively the “Company”) and the Company’s websites, heymarvelous.com, app.heymarvelous.com, namastream.com, app.namastream.com, andshe.co, soulful.mba, soulfulmbapodcast.com, theinnercircle.works, launchwithintention.com, membershipmarvelous.com, our applications, together with any products, services, or content therein (collectively, the “Site”). 

By using or accessing the Site you consent to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, including the data practices described herein. This Privacy Policy serves as notice at or before the point of collection.

BY AGREEING TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, YOU ARE AGREEING TO RECEIVE EMAILS FROM THE COMPANY FOR PRODUCT AND FEATURE UPDATES, NEWSLETTERS, AND MARKETING PROMOTIONS.

2. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act

The Site is not intended for persons under the age of 13. The Company does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age. The Company prohibits children under the age of 13 from using the Site, including leaving any comments, filling out forms, or otherwise submitting information. If the Company learns it has any information or content from anyone under the age of 13, it will delete that information. 3. The Personal Information We Collect and Use

(a) Information Collected by Us

The Company may collect personally identifiable information, any time you provide it to us, such as when you contact us, sign up for emails or free offers, register for classes or training, leave comments, purchase our software and/or the digital programs created by our clients, fill out any type of form, access private membership or course pages, or otherwise contact the Company via an online form, chatbot, or email, register for an account, make a purchase, or otherwise submit such information voluntarily to us. If you purchase products or services through the Site, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction using a third party payment processor.

Information about your computer or device hardware and software may be automatically collected by the Company through the use of the Site. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used to operate, maintain the quality of, and measure usage statistics of the Site.

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through the Company’s public message boards (e.g., commenting on a blog post, participating in a community, group, or interacting on or through any other Communication Service (as defined in our Terms + Conditions) or any other portion of the Site available and accessible to other uses or the public, this information will be viewable by others and others may collect or use such information outside of our knowledge or control.

The Company collects and uses your personal information to operate the Site, including, but not limited to: sending emails, fulfilling orders, delivering services and products, completing customer transactions, and improving website performance and customer service.

The Company may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within the Company, in order to determine what Company services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within the Company to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

The Company will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on the Company; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of the Company; and (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Company, or the public.

The Company respects your privacy and will never sell, trade or transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties (beyond what is necessary for fulfilling a customer transaction or for the basic functionality of the Site) without your consent.

If you are an End User we do, however, share your name, email address, and purchase history with the Company User(s) with whom you’ve made a purchase or registered for a program, product, or service. The reason that we share this information is so those Company Users are able to provide the service or product you’ve requested. An “End User” refers to any individual who interacts with the Company, including users of the Site, and individuals who purchase services and otherwise interact with the Company Users through the Company/the Site. A “Company User” is any individual, business, or entity that subscribes to, purchases a program, or otherwise accesses or uses the Site, including any staff, employees, consultants, advisors, or independent contractors accessing the Site on the Company user’s behalf.

(e) Whether Information Has to Be Provided by You and Why

The provision of your name and email address is required from you to enable us to create a user account for you on our platform. We do not require you to provide any personal data in order to browse the Site.

(f) How Long Your Personal Information Will Be Kept

We will hold your data for as long as you remain registered on our platform as a user or affirmatively opt-in to receiving newsletters and/or marketing materials.

(g) Reasons We Can Collect and Use Your Personal Information

Deletion Rights: You may have the right to request deletion of your personal information that we have collected, subject to certain exemptions. Please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting a change or deletion (e.g., when you make a purchase or enter a program, you may not be able to change or delete the personal information provided until after the completion of such purchase or program). We may also retain residual information, such as records to document that your request has been fulfilled.

6. Security of your Personal Information

We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorized manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable authorities of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.

Please note that any comments or information that you publish on the Site or linked social media accounts become public and third parties may use your information. The Company is not responsible for any unauthorized uses by third parties in such context. You disclose such information at your own risk.

You may see advertising or other content on this website that links to the sites and services of our partners, clients, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors, or other third parties.  Any products or services reached through a third party link are subject to separate privacy policies. The Company is not responsible for or liable for any content on or actions taken by such third party websites.

The Company may engage in affiliate marketing, which is done by embedding tracking links into the Website. If you click on a link for an affiliate partnership, a cookie will be placed on your browser to track any sales for purposes of commissions.

The Company is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and links to Amazon.com. As part of this Amazon Associates program, the Company may post customized links, provided by Amazon, to track the referrals to their website. This program utilizes cookies to track visits for the purposes of assigning commission on these sales. As an Amazon Associate, the Company earns from qualifying purchases. 

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may change, modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes we make will become effective when we post a modified version of the Privacy Policy to https://www.heymarvelous.com/privacy. The Company encourages you to periodically review this Statement to keep informed of how the Company is protecting your information.

 9. Opt-Out & Unsubscribe

We respect your privacy and give you an opportunity to opt out of receiving announcements of certain information. Users may opt-out of receiving any or all electronic communications from the Company by contacting us at: privacy@heymarvelous.com.

10. Newsletter Sponsorships

We engage others to serve newsletter advertisements and perform related services across the web and in mobile applications. You can learn more about interest-based ads, or opt out of having your web browsing information used for behavioral advertising purposes by companies that participate in the Digital Advertising Alliance, by visiting www.aboutads.info/choices.

11. Opting Out of Targeted Advertising, Sharing, and Sales

We process personal information to understand and improve your experience with our Services and to serve you targeted advertisements. Exercising Your CCPA Rights

If you wish to exercise any rights granted to you by the CCPA please submit a verifiable request by sending an email to privacy@heymarevlous.com, attention: CCPA Privacy Request.

We will provide a response within 45-days of receiving a verifiable request. We may extend this time by up to 90 days but we will let you know of this during the initial 45 days. A verifiable request is one made by you or someone on your behalf. We do not require that you have an account with us in order to make requests, however, if you do not have an account with us we may ask for additional information for the purpose of verifying the request.  

After verification, we will respond with the information requested for the preceding 12-month period (you can make two such requests during a 12-month period). Our response will either be sent through your account with us or by mail or electronically, at your option. Once we can verify that the request is coming from you or someone authorized to act on your behalf, you will receive the information requested for the preceding 12-month period.
